STYRO shop is an online retail e-commerce store, part of the famous industrial manufacturer STYRO Insulation Mat. Ind. The purpose of this shop is to cater retail customers who want to avoid the hassle of quotations, proposals, and requests. Styroshop.com is a quick way to order unique products made exclusively by the manufacturer shipped directly to your door.

What are my Payment options, while buying from StyroShop.com?

We accept all mainstream VISA, Master, debit and credit cards. We also accept payment via Paypal. We are partners with Payfort (A leading payment gateway in UAE) to ensure your payments are securely transferred to us through an encrypted channel. You can always choose pickup from Store option while buying from styroshop.com to avoid paying online and only pay when you pick up at the store.

I live in a remote area, can you deliver to my home?

We have listed out of service areas here please have a look before you place the order and make sure you are not residing in these areas. In case you are living inside our 'out of service' areas please contact us before placing your order

Do you offer STYRO products in different colors?

You can always get custom shapes and colors of any size at our corporate factory website, simply contact-us and complete the inquiry form. Here at our e-commerce Styro Shop currently we do not offer products in colors. We only produce and ship white products. Can I buy custom or special Styro Shapes?

Yes definitely simply send us your inquiry with all dimensions, and shape details, always better if you attach a sample image:

Can you deliver the same day?

Yes, sometimes we can, it depends on your order and quantity. If you want same day delivery you need to contact us in advance and the order must be placed before 2 PM.

Do you offer discounts for regular customers or bulk orders?

What is the minimum order, do you deliver small quantities?

You must order at least 5 or more items If your selected product has a thickness of less than 2.5 cm. Otherwise you can buy even 1 item. Yes, we deliver throughout UAE (except some remote areas).

For a customer outside, how can we get our materials?

You will need to pay the additional shipping cost. We advise you to contact us for shipping cost before placing your order at STYRO SHOP.

Do provide returns/refunds and replacements?

Yes, we have easy returns system and goods can be replaced within 7 days. Please read our shipping terms, cancellation and return policy here.

How to cancel / replace my order?

You will need to send us a cancellation email request, along with the order details such as order no. and details about damage/breakage. We will initiate an investigation and refund you soon.

Do I have to register online in order to purchase?

NO! You may order without registering by checking out as Guest. But we always encourage our customers to have an account where you can easily see your order history, Change addresses, add items to your wish list and track the status of your shipments.

How long it takes to receive my order?

It depends on upon the item type and quantity you ordered. However, in normal conditions, all orders are shipped within 2-3 working days and you should be able to receive the package in 3-5 working days.

How can I track my shipments?

We provide easy tracking on your my account page. To access your my account you must be logged in. To track your shipments you will need an AWB or Tracking No. In most cases, this tracking number is sent to your email after your item is shipped. If you do not have a tracking no. simply contact us and we will update you the status of your order.

I need to change my account details. Can I edit my name, address, and password?

Yes! You can change your personal details and passwords by going to ‘My Account’ page. You must be logged in to your account before accessing My Account.

Can I get a sample before I order in bulk?

We do provide samples to our corporate customers, if you are looking to buy large quantities we can definitely provide a free sample. Simply tell us your requirements by contacting us here.

Is there any discount If I collect my order directly from STYRO office?

Yes, you can save huge amounts of shipping costs if you pick up from STYRO. You will simply need to select ‘Pick Up from STYRO’ option (Currently Unavailable) while placing your order. If you are looking to buy in big quantities we can give you a custom discounted quotation.

Are your products food grade?

No, we do not claim our decorative products to be food grade. We strongly advise not to chew or swallow Styro products.
