Delivery Policy

The products will reach customers as per the standard mode of transportation. Products with small sizes and low volume will be shipped by domestic courier companies such as TCS, FETCHR, SKYNET, ARAMEX or other couriers that we may use.
Products with large dimensions & Items which require big trucks or trailers will be shipped by STYRO itself. Large quantity & big sizes may take extra handling & delivery times.
Please note that the large or higher quantities exceeding the size of lifts will not be delivered into Apartments and Flats. Such items can be delivered to warehouses, outside buildings or those can be dropped in open areas.

• STYRO. (https://www.styroshop.com) will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Sanction Control) countries in accordance with the law of UAE.
• Our handling time is between 1-2 working days
• Our shipping/delivery time is within 2-3 working days.
• Products ordered during holidays will be processed starting from the next working day.
• Currently, we only ship within UAE, The above mentioned times are only applicable for shipments within UAE.

Order Cancelation Policy

STYRO will accept easy order cancellation as per below conditions:

If the cancellation of order(s) requests made before the delivery/shipment is initiated. A full refund will be given to the customer.

If the cancellation request is made after the order is shipped and left with the courier, the customer must pay shipping/handling & restocking charges.

Replacements, Refunds & Return Policy

Refund is the amount of money paid to customers for over-invoicing or return of goods. Standard refund policy will apply to all purchases made by the customers.

• Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

Replacement requests for damaged items must be made within the 24 hours of shipments received. We strongly advise our customers to check the package and its contents upon delivery. Any damage or replacement request made after 24 hours will result in no refund or collection.
Upon damage confirmation, a new product will be shipped and it will take 3-5 to deliver. You will need to return the damaged items in the same conditions to the courier along with the box.

In-case of quality issues, wrong items delivered, missing items, wrong sizes customers must initiate a request via email stating the replacement or missing products within 2 days. STYRO will replace and fulfill your request within 3-5 working days after the request has been received.

STYRO offers easy returns to customers who are not happy with their purchase. We urge you to initiate a return or refund request within 3 days after the product has been delivered.

• Return/refund request must be done via email, stating the reason for return along with order number.
• The items should be carefully packed and must be returned in the same condition as received.
• Tracking and shipment details of the returned item must be provided to STYRO once the item is sent for return.
• All returned items should be sent our corporate head office in industrial area 11 Sharjah.
• Once we have received a returned item, we will carefully analyze the case and initiate a refund within next 2-3 weeks.
